Within the electromagnetic theory, in the present study, we investigate and calculate the magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments of J = 1 nuclei using nucleon moment operators and wave function of each nucleus. Then, we made each of the J = 1 nuclei interact with ¹⁷₈O to investigate the potential interaction effect on moment variations.
