Abstract

We want to briefly review the cosmological perturbations with some reflections about vorticity. Indeed, vorticity has rarely been studied in the early Universe and in cosmology. This topic has become a subject of study only in the recent years. Starting from a Gamow reflection, we assume that the space of the newborn and hot Universe may have had turbulent areas. These regions could represent small deviations from homogeneity, and they could be the origin of rotation of nascent galaxies and seeds for the galactic structures. These vortices have decreased their angular velocity during the expansion, but it has not yet become zero. If today there is a residual angular velocity of these initial turbulences, we can talk about Keplerian motion in a rotating space. We think that this approach can lead to interesting results about galactic rotation curves and the MOND acceleration parameter.
