Analyzing the role of taijiquan Meditation Exercise in the mental health management system

The World Health Organization (WHO) survey reported that in 2030 most people are affected by mental health problems due to work pressure, stress, and depression. Due to the serious issue of mental problems, people need attention to cure and improve their health in the beginning stage. This study utilizes the Adaptive Integrated Support Vector Machine (AISVM) to classify meditation experiences and validate the interaction between meditation experience and emotional stability. The response signals have been collected via physiological examination through electroencephalography (EEG). Different courses are conducted to relieve mental illness; stress provides primary care to maintain people's health. Among the various course, practice meditation is one of the effective ways to reduce mental health problems. In this work, analyzing the various mental problems related to risk is examined to learn about the seriousness. After that taijiquan Meditation Exercise process is analyzed to minimize the mental illness effectively. This study is then used to investigate the efficiency of the taijiquan Meditation Exercise process in the mental health management system. The numerical results show that the proposed method achieves a high-efficiency ratio of 96.7%, an accuracy ratio of 98.7%, a prediction ratio of 95.6%, and an f1 score ratio of 97.8% and reduces the depression ratio of 18.5% compared to other existing methods.
