Electronic trials (e-trials) or the use of electronic means in remote litigation are of great importance at both national and international levels. Many countries have sought to take advantage and reap the benefits of electronic means in litigation by adopting laws regulating this area. The United Arab Emirates is one of the Arab countries that showed great interest in this matter and has passed laws regulating it. This study analyses the electronic court from the perspective of the UAE through a twofold inquiry: firstly, regarding the nature of electronic courts in the UAE and how they operate; and, secondly, regarding litigation before the electronic court and the associated procedures. The study ends with a summary and conclusions.

电子审判（电子审判）或在远程诉讼中使用电子手段在国家和国际两级都非常重要。许多国家通过制定规范该领域的法律，试图在诉讼中利用电子手段并从中受益。阿拉伯联合酋长国是对此事表现出浓厚兴趣并已通过有关此事的法律的阿拉伯国家之一。这项研究通过双重询问从阿联酋的角度分析了电子法院：首先，关于阿联酋电子法院的性质及其运作方式；第二，关于电子法院的诉讼程序和相关程序。研究以总结和结论结束。
