Design pragmatic method to low-carbon economy visualisation in enterprise systems based on big data

ABSTRACT

The production execution system is designed and constructed to achieve intelligent inspection of product quality and information management of energy conservation and emission reduction in intelligent factories. In this study, big data and business intelligence (BI) data are applied to analyse and standardise the production process, and a low-carbon economic visualisation platform is designed. The research results show that the application of big data technology in intelligent factory quality management and low-carbon economy visualisation platform can make up for the lack of objectivity of product quality management, and realise the visualisation of low-carbon economy data index.

摘要

设计构建生产执行系统,实现智能工厂的产品质量智能检测和节能减排信息化管理。本研究利用大数据和商业智能(BI)数据对生产过程进行分析和标准化,设计了低碳经济可视化平台。研究结果表明,大数据技术在智能工厂质量管理和低碳经济可视化平台中的应用,可以弥补产品质量管理的客观性不足,实现低碳经济数据指标的可视化。
