Abstract
The results of experimental studies on the kinetics of copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate with acrylic acid in water and propanol are generalized. The effect of the polarity of the medium on the relative activity of monomers and the microstructure of the obtained copolymers is analyzed.
