Siguiendo el modelo de trabajo realizado en Antioquia, en los Municipios de Medellin y San Carlos, se tomaron en este caso los municipios de Ibague, Prado, Coyaima, Totarco y Dinde, identificados como algunas de las principales zonas del pais afectadas por la guerra. Se trabajo mediante grupos de discusion y entrevistas, con 240 victimas, distribuidas en los municipios, con el fin de establecer la forma en que ellas, perciben, interpretan y construyen significados del proceso de reparacion, respecto a cada componente que se establece en la Ley 1448 de 2011. Los significados que han construido las victimas frente a la reparacion propuesta por el Estado senalan las implicaciones psicosociales y emocionales que el conflicto armado ha dejado y son una muestra de las implicaciones psicosociales en estas zonas del departamento. De esta manera, las acciones adelantas por el Gobierno Nacional para la reparacion integral dejan en las victimas una sensacion de ineficacia y de descuido. EnglishThis article presents the results of an investigation into the process of reparation of victims advanced in several municipalities of Tolima, department that has been hit drastically by the armed conflict. Following the model of work carried out in Antioquia, in the municipalities of Medellin and San Carlos, the municipalities of Ibague, Prado, Coyaima, Totarco and Dinde, identified as some of the main areas of the country affected by the war, were taken. We worked through discussion groups and interviews, with 240 victims, distributed in the municipalities, in order to establish the way in which they perceive, interpret and construct meanings of the reparation process, with respect to each component that is established in the Law 1448 of 2011. The meanings that the victims have constructed in relation to the reparation proposed by the State indicate the psychosocial and emotional implications that the armed conflict has left and are a sample of the psychosocial implications in these areas of the department. In this way, the actions advanced by the National Government for comprehensive reparation leave victims with a sense of ineffectiveness and carelessness.
