We’re given a deep tunneling into the realm of the unknown, free associative world of sleep that reminds us, after all, it’s still all a crapshoot. There is an unpredictability in how Martin leads us to logical conclusions we may or may not have thought of. He prefers the circuitous route that leads us along our own neural pathways to eventually align with his pungent punchlines, then leads us to moments of self-realization in revelatory conclusions. He reminds us of how art surpasses our human shortcomings and expresses our higher self. He delivers his “goosebumps” in a continuous series of elucidative stories, poems, and social commentary. His often bawdy and seemingly indecorous choices of expression are wisely placed in proximity with points of the utmost serious significance. I regret I have limited time and space in which to explore and extoll the virtues of Martin’s craft and content. He’s the author of several books,
