The systemic lens for my praxis perspective is focused on five related issues that have animated my previous engagement as a practitioner and scholar, and that shape my views of alternative futures for educators of adults: (a) creative connections: intentions, diversity; (b) sustained progress: collective, field; (c) beneficial exchange: preparation, helping; (d) world perspective: global, comparative; (e) informed consent: turbulence, alignment. My interpretation of each of these five aspects of potential alternative futures begins with some personal impressions and concludes with paths to explore.
