The dynamical rules in an auxiliary stochastic process that generate the biased ensemble of rare events are nonlocal. For the systems with one type of particles, it is shown that one can find special cases for which the transition rates of the auxiliary stochastic generator can be local. In this paper, we investigate this possibility for a system of classical hard-core particles with more than one type of particles moving on a one-dimensional lattice with open boundary conditions. We assume that the nature of interactions in the original process is local and we also assume that the original rates are constant. We will show that under certain conditions on transition rates, the auxiliary stochastic generator can be local but its transition rates depend on the site number. Two-species exclusion model is considered as an example. Considering the activity of particles of type 1 as a time-integrated observable, the above-mentioned conditions are investigated.
