ABSTRACT The Buddhist canon at Chang’an’s Ximing Monastery played a pivotal role in Tang China. Many of the scriptures comprising the canon were translated at Ximing Monastery. This paper reconstructs the outline of the Ximing Canon by examining Daoxuan’s Catalogue of Buddhist Texts of the Great Tang (Da Tang neidian lu), Daoshi’s Pearl Forest of the Dharma Grove (Fayuan zhulin), and other sources. The large number of scriptures in the canon, most in the format of scrolls, presented difficulties for preservation. In this context, the paper examines the history of scripture platforms and scripture cabinets. Finally, this paper considers the route by which copies of texts from Ximing Monastery made their way to Dunhuang and the activities of monks from Ximing Monastery in Dunhuang and elsewhere. 西明寺和唐代佛教典范

摘要长安西明寺的佛教教规在唐代起着举足轻重的作用。组成正典的许多经文都是在西明寺翻译的。本文通过考察道轩的《大唐佛教典籍》,《道法大佛珠林》(法源竹林)等来重构《西明经》的轮廓。教规中有大量的经文,大多数以卷轴的形式出现,难以保存。在这种情况下,本文考察了圣经平台和圣经内阁的历史。最后,本文考虑了西明寺文字复制品到敦煌的途径,以及西明寺僧侣在敦煌及其他地方的活动。缩写:TTaishōshinshūdaizōkyō大正新修大藏经;
