by moving to Kǔmsŏngdang 錦城堂, the shrine that used to house as its main god the spirit of Kǔmsŏng taegun 錦城大君, the sixth son of King Sejong. Yul Soo Yoon opened Gahoe Museum in Kahoe-dong (Seoul) in 2002. Its name was changed to Gahoe Minhwa Museum in 2007 and it moved from a traditional Korean house to a neighboring building in July 2016. The museum owns a large collection of folk paintings, including 230 god pictures. It is my strong hope that the authors continue to introduce other scholars to the best of the artifacts in the possession of these museums.
