This editorial, by contrast, attempts a slight change; while acknowledging, as has been the norm, that the articles being introduced cover themes of a wide-ranging nature, it also tests a new tune for a possible future. It conceives of the latter as pulling together articles and creative writing that deliberately converse on a pre-determined theme—as it might be trending at one point or another. What all this means is that the articles that we have assembled in this issue of EAR have a broad scope, in as much as they resonate with one another in a somewhat unassuming and non-purposeful way.
