ABSTRACT Creative wiring is an effective treatment modality for persons recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. As an augment to traditional therapeutic intervention using behavior modification delivered individually and through group process, providing addicts with guided exercises in writing and sharing in a group setting has produced very positive results in work done at St. Christopher’s Inn in Garrison, New York.
