Abstract In this editorial, we introduce the special issue on measurement in selling and sales management research. We discuss a number of interesting developments in recent measurement theory of importance to sales researchers and bring together a set of key considerations that we believe researchers need to consider. Following this, we summarize the articles submitted to the special issue.
