ABSTRACT

Two new species of steganacarid mites (Oribatida, Phthiracaroidea, Steganacaridae), Atropacarus (Hoplophorella) bacillisetus sp. nov. from Hainan Province and Atropacarus (Hoplophorella) longicarinatus sp. nov. from Guangxi Province, are described and illustrated. Keys to all known species of Atropacarus (Hoplophorella) from China are proposed to facilitate identification of this group.
