Tag‐Assisted Liquid‐Phase Synthesis of Peptoids

Optimized reaction conditions for the tag‐assisted liquid‐phase synthesis of peptoids are reported. A peptoid heptamer was obtained in >90% crude purity at an elevated temperature and in chloroform. This liquid‐phase peptoid synthesis can be an alternative method for preparing large quantities of peptoid oligomers.
