This paper conducts a computational investigation on the settlement patterns of Kasepuhan villages in West Java, Indonesia, a traditional community that remains adherent to its ancestral principles, including migrating the capital village from one place to another, guided by divine order. Ciptarasa is the former capital, while Ciptagelar is the current capital. This study interprets rules from the former capital and uses them to identify a pattern in the current capital. The method used to synthesize the rules is outlined and discussed, and rule iteration across scales is demonstrated. Preliminary findings from the iterations indicate a dynamic relationship between the settlement and its cosmology on adapting to the environment while preserving the agricultural tradition of Kasepuhan villages.
