Let A be the UHF-algebra of $2^{\infty }$-type, B be a non-unital but σ-unital stably finite simple $C^{⁎}$-algebra with real rank zero and a continuous scale. In this paper, we give a classification of the following essential extensions of A by $B\otimes A$:$0\to B\otimes A\to E\to A\to 0,$ up to unitary equivalence. Denote by $\mathbf{Ext}(A,B\otimes A)$, the abelian group of unitary equivalence classes of essential extensions of A by $B\otimes A$. There is a group isomorphism$\mathrm{\Gamma }:\mathbf{Ext}(A,B\otimes A)\to KK(A,\mathcal{C}(B\otimes A))$ defined by $\mathrm{\Gamma }([\tau ]):={[\tau ]}_{KK}$, where $\mathcal{C}(B\otimes A)$ is the corona algebra of $B\otimes A$.
