The most serious complications after the cardiovascular medical procedure are frequent neurological difficulties, including stroke brought about by the embolic climbing aorta in cerebral atherosclerosis. Data about the thoracic aorta is essential to reduce the risk of embolism in these two surgical incisions and extrathoracic procedures such as Tran's aortic heart valve transplants. An idiopathic stroke involved in peripheral organ damage, esophageal ultrasound, CT, magnetic resonance imaging, and imaging techniques including MR angiography visualization in the central chest, characterization, and quantification of atherosclerotic lesions possible in the artery because it is the source. The imaging results’ clinical significance and thoracic aortic atherosclerosis have been obtained from the esophagus echocardiography previously. It includes the properties of the composition of plaques on magnetic resonance imaging, the development associated with CT and MR imaging of atherosclerosis, has been revised. Recently, considerable progress has been made in non-invasive imaging of the aorta. It is driven primarily by technological advances in Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Different imaging tools currently play a role in the management of aortic disease.
