Front Cover. A new C‐nucleoside with strongly pairing ethynylmethylpyridone base and 3'‐azido‐2',3'‐dideoxyribose sugar dubbed 'AZW' was described. The image shows the structure of AZW against a backdrop of AZT in dotted cloud representation.
