ABSTRACT

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of risk factors in knowledge management of engineering projects, this paper uses artificial intelligence theory to calculate the objective weight of risk indicators, and conducts risk analysis to provide early warning of risks. By studying the risk of knowledge management in engineering projects, it helps project managers to take correct and effective measures to prevent and respond to various risks that may occur in engineering projects, and minimise the intellectual property loss that the risks may cause. At the same time, summing up the relevant experience and summarising the coping strategies of the risk factors often encountered in engineering projects. It has practical guiding significance for the subsequent risk management activities of similar projects.

在分析工程项目知识管理中风险因素的特征的基础上，运用人工智能理论计算风险指标的客观权重，进行风险分析，对风险进行预警。通过研究工程项目中知识管理的风险，它可以帮助项目经理采取正确有效的措施来预防和应对工程项目中可能发生的各种风险，并最大程度地降低风险可能导致的知识产权损失。同时，总结相关经验，总结工程项目中经常遇到的风险因素的应对策略。对于类似项目的后续风险管理活动具有实际指导意义。
