Abstract

The results of comparative spectral assessment of circumpulpal and mantle dentin and possibility of their further use for making bone substitute materials in dental surgery and implantology are presented in the work. The research was made using the Raman spectroscopy method. It is shown that the researched biological subjects have similar spectral composition and tooth dentin can be eventually used for making new bioimplants for restoring the lost bone tissue amount, structure and function.
