It’s hard to believe that this is the final editorial of Human Resource Development Review (HRDR) that I have authored as Editor-in-Chief since I “picked up the torch” from Dr. Julia Storberg-Walker on July 1, 2017. As my three-year term is coming to an end, I have reflected on how I reached where I am today—indeed, I have embarked on an unforgettable journey of continuous learning, exciting growth, and productive collaboration.
