“we first proposed the use of Wire Grid Polarizers (WGPs) for manipulating polarization state of the light at the wavelength of 121.6 nm (H Lyman-I±). Two different concepts of WGPs have been designed and optimized, one is based on absorptive nano-wires on top of a high reflected thin film, and a second one is on high reflective nano-wires on top of an absorptive thin film.Two promising structures were selected”
