Boosting knowledge on food fraud

In response to consumer concerns about food quality and fraudulent practices concerning food, the European Commission launched a Knowledge Centre for Food Fraud and Quality (KCFFQ) in 2018, operated by the Joint Research Centre. Franz Ulberth, Head of the KCFFQ, responds to questions about its role and activities.
