This paper analyzes literatures on crowd evacuation based on data extracted from Web of Science by applying bibliometric approaches. In specific, reference co-citation analysis, author co-citation analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis are adopted to analyze the data with CiteSpace and VOSViewer. This paper makes the following contributions. First, reference co-citation analysis identifies five clusters in the studies on crowd evacuation. Second, author co-citation analysis identifies highly cited authors and categorizes them into three groups. Third, keyword co-occurrence analysis identifies the hotpots in the field of crowd evacuation and points out the directions for future studies.

本文采用文献计量法，根据从Web of Science提取的数据对人群疏散的文献进行了分析。具体而言，采用引用共引分析，作者共引分析和关键字共现分析来使用CiteSpace和VOSViewer进行数据分析。本文做出以下贡献。首先，参考共引分析在人群疏散研究中确定了五个聚类。其次，作者共引分析确定了被高引用的作者，并将他们分为三类。第三，关键词共现分析确定了人群疏散领域的热点，并指出了未来研究的方向。
