A stochastic diseased predator system with modified LG-Holling type II functional response

Abstract In this paper, a stochastic diseased predator system with modified LG-Holling type II functional response is studied. By It o ^ ’s formula, stochastic comparison principle and other mathematical analysis skills, the existence and uniqueness of global positive solution of the system are obtained. Furthermore, the extinction or persistence in the mean of each specie in the system is discussed for different cases of parameters. In the end, some numerical simulations are carried out to support our theoretical results, such as the time series for the extinction almost surely, persistence in the mean and histogram of the coexistence and so on.
