Using a novel hybrid approach integrating aspiration‐assisted bioprinting and extrusion‐based bioprinting, a zonally stratified cartilage is fabricated, in which collagen fibers are aligned with designated orientation in each zone imitating the anatomical regions and matrix orientation of native cartilage tissue. These findings, in article number 2001657 by Ibrahim T. Ozbolat and co‐workers, highlight the potential of this approach for building biologically, mechanically, and histologically relevant cartilage for tissue engineering purposes.
