Aims:Acinetobacter baumannii is notorious for acquiring antibiotic resistance and causing nosocomial infections worldwide. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence and molecular characteristics of A. baumannii isolates obtained from inpatients and the intensive care unit (ICU) environment of a pediatric hospital in Shanghai, China.
