When using practically any type of additive technology it is mandatory to use a binder with subsequent heat-treatment of the finished product. Binder compositions can be very diverse. The right choice of composition and properties of the ceramic powder – binder system at all stages of the process makes it possible to create high-performance setups for obtaining parts with complex shapes. Studies on the development of a binder composition for aluminum-zirconium oxide powders are presented.
