We study the Schrodinger equation driven by a weak Brownian forcing, and derive Gaussian fluctuations in the form of a time-inhomogeneous Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. This implies the intensity of the incoherent wave is of exponential distribution, as predicted in the physics literature.
