We aim at investigating the atmosphere of Uranus and Neptune, the Ice Giants of our Solar System by means of an atmospheric entry probe. The measurements performed all along the probe descent down deep into the atmosphere will allow for sounding the atmospheric composition, structure and dynamics of this Ice Giant planets, in the same way it was done by the Galileo probe at Jupiter (1996) and by the Huygens probe at Titan, the largest moon of Saturn (2005). These unique data will allow for studying the planet, to understand how does it work, its origin and evolution also in comparison with the other Outer planets.
