In this paper, we study the following nonlocal problem in ${\mathbb{R}}^N$ $-\left(a-ϵ{\int }_{{\mathbb{R}}^N}{\left|\Delta u\right|}^{2}dx\right)\Delta u+(1+\lambda f\left(x\right))u={\left|u\right|}^{p-2}u,$where $a>0$, $2<p<2^{\ast }=2N∕(N-2)$ with $N\ge 3$, $ϵ>0$ is small enough, and the parameter $\lambda >0$. Under some assumptions on $f\left(x\right)$, we prove the existence of ground state solutions for the problem when $\lambda$ is large enough via variational methods. In addition, we obtain some concentration behaviors of these solutions as $\lambda \to +\infty$.
