Abstract

This article presents the results of experimental studies of properties that are resistant to abnormal high and abnormally low temperatures of samples of the radio-absorbing material VTMV-1C. Based on the studies, it was concluded that the radar-absorbing material can be used to attenuate reflected waves of electromagnetic fields from various parts of the spacecraft structure and to reduce the levels of resonance phenomena of the electromagnetic field in the modules and cases of onboard instruments and devices of spacecraft.
