Diabetes‐induced testicular dysfunction is characterised by abnormal apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, but the underlying mechanism is poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the roles of clusterin (CLU) in testicular damage associated with diabetes pathogenesis, as well as the molecular mechanism.
