A visionary nanofactory: A nanofactory for the in situ synthesis and targeted delivery of a nucleoside therapeutic is envisioned. It requires an engineered form of a radical‐SAM enzyme, is functionalized with a multicopper oxidase to generate anaerobic microenvironment, and uses a flavodoxin–flavodoxin reductase system to supply electrons for catalysis.
