Abstract
The solid-phase reaction of [Pt(NH3)4]Cl2 and (NH4)6Mo7O24 under argon in the temperature range from 50 to 500°C was studied by thermal analysis and mass spectrometry. According to the X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and elemental analysis data, the product consists of ordered Pt3Mo phase with an insignificant amount of molybdenum(VI) oxide. The described reaction is accompanied by reduction of the metals, which is promoted by Pt2+ ions in the presence of ammonia.中文翻译:
