Application of Safety and Reliability Analysis in Wastewater Reclamation System

Abstract With the development of the world water resources situation, the reuse of wastewater will be one of the essential measures for solving water resources' problems and implementing practical and sustainable use of water resources. Wastewater reclamation risks have received considerable attention in all worlds, but research in this area is minimal, and a unified understanding and evaluation method has not yet been formed. Therefore, based on the system theory process analysis (STPA) method and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) theory, this paper expounds on the concept of the safety and reliability of the wastewater reclamation system. Through the application of analysis methods, this paper proposes a verification method for the safety of the wastewater reclamation system and a reliability evaluation system for the wastewater reclamation system. Besides, the next research direction is further to improve the analysis model and evaluation index system to provide technical support for the construction of a safe, reliable, and economical wastewater recovery system.

摘要 随着世界水资源形势的发展,废水回用将成为解决水资源问题、实现水资源实际可持续利用的重要措施之一。废水回用风险在世界范围内受到了相当大的关注,但该领域的研究很少,尚未形成统一的认识和评价方法。因此,本文基于系统理论过程分析(STPA)方法和危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)理论,阐述了废水回收系统的安全可靠性概念。通过分析方法的应用,提出了废水回用系统安全性验证方法和废水回用系统可靠性评价体系。此外,下一步的研究方向是进一步完善分析模型和评价指标体系,为建设安全、可靠、经济的废水回收系统提供技术支持。
