In article number 1901796 by Huan Cheng, G. Julius Vancso, Xiaofeng Sui, and co‐workers, develop afacile method to fabricate sponges with Janus character, based on cellulose nanofibers, by integrating heterogeneous mixing and freeze‐drying. The constructs are hydrophobic on their outside and show hydrophilic hemostasis at their facet in contact with wounds. The sponges exhibit an outstanding blood clotting performance and can also prolong survival time in the carotid artery injury model.
