ABSTRACT The present paper deals with three water mite species, which are similar in the morphology of the genus Neumania from China. DNA barcoding data were used to delimit species and two new species are described: N. tribreviseta sp. nov. and N. paratribreviseta sp. nov. The descriptions include morphological features and DNA barcoding data, and a discussion of their taxonomic status follows.
