In article number 1900235, Sondes Bauer and co‐workers present results of in‐situ reflection high‐energy electron diffraction combined with time‐resolved X‐ray diffraction and ex‐situ transmission electron microscopy of dielectric barium strontium titanate films grown on MgO substrates by pulsed laser deposition at a pressure of 200 mTorr and a temperature of 850 °C.
