Research on oxidizing leaching tellurium from copper telluride material in acid condition with hydrogen peroxide

Abstract

In view of the composition of copper telluride material phase, a process for oxidizing leaching tellurium from copper telluride material in acid condition with hydrogen peroxide was proposed. The effects of the sulfuric acid excess coefficient, leaching time, leaching temperature, hydrogen peroxide excess coefficient and droplet acceleration on tellurium leaching rate were discussed in this paper. The results show that the sulfuric acid excess coefficient has an obvious effect on tellurium leaching rate and the tellurium leaching rate increases with the increase of sulfuric acid excess coefficient. The optimum technological parameters were obtained by experiments: the excess coefficient of sulfuric acid was 1.6, the excess coefficient of hydrogen peroxide was 1.2 times of the theoretical value, the leaching temperature was 75 °C, the leaching time was 3.0 h, the particle size was 74–104 μm, the stirring speed was 250 rpm, and the acceleration of hydrogen peroxide droplets was 5 mL.min−1. Under these conditions, the leaching rate of tellurium can reach 98.03%.

针对碲化铜材料相的组成,提出了一种在酸性条件下用双氧水氧化碲化铜材料中浸出碲的工艺。讨论了硫酸过量系数、浸出时间、浸出温度、过氧化氢过量系数和液滴加速度对碲浸出率的影响。结果表明,硫酸过量系数对碲浸出率有明显影响,碲浸出率随着硫酸过量系数的增加而增加。通过实验得到最佳工艺参数:硫酸过量系数为1.6,双氧水过量系数为理论值的1.2倍,浸出温度为75℃,-1。在此条件下,碲的浸出率可达98.03%。
