Our colorful cover features an immunofluorescence assay from liver tissues of the humanized mice infected with HCV. The liver tissues were stained with anti‐CD19 antibody, anti‐IL‐10 antibody and DAPI. The image is taken from Liu et al. (pp. 1350–1361), where the authors show that HCV induced IL‐10 producing B (B10) cells in the liver tissues. Moreover, HCV‐induced B10 cells were enriched in CD19hi and CD1dhiCD5+ cell populations. HCV predominantly triggered the TLR2‐MyD88‐NF‐κB and AP‐1 signaling pathways to drive IL‐10 production by B cells. Targeting B10 cells via neutralization of IL‐10 might offer a novel strategy to enhance anti‐HCV immunotherapy. The original mage was digitally modified for the cover.
