Outside Front Cover: Cold atmospheric plasmas (CAPs) have great potential in tissue engineering and regeneration medicine. In our work, the ultimate tensile strength and the Young's modulus of decellularized porcine aortic valve leaflets (DPAVL) were considerably improved after surface micro‐discharge (SMD) treatment in NOx mode while treatment under O3 mode had no effect. The reaction between activated species and the DPAVL and the pH change other than temperature/UV irradiation play the major role.
