As we all know, the International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS) is a Emerging forum for the presentation of high-quality original work in the areas of integrated circuits and systems. IEEE OPEN JOURNAL OF CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS (OJCAS) is a new fully open access journal will publish high-quality, peer-reviewed papers covering the theory, analysis, design, tools, and implementation of circuits and systems. As a special issue of OJCAS five paper will be published for ISICAS 2020 with all scope cover of lower power and high energy efficient CMOS circuit design.
