Exosomal miRNA‐17‐5P (Exo‐miR‐17‐5P) repressed reactive oxygen species accumulation by regulating SIRT7 in a cyclophosphamide‐induced premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) mouse model. Immunofluorescence analysis shows that expressive suppression from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in SIRT7 (red) and γH2AX (green) was weakened after Exo‐miR‐17‐5P knockdown in the POI disease.
