An efficient strategy for the synthesis of unexplored quinoline‐8‐sulfinate esters has been reported through silver and palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of readily available N'‐acetylquinoline‐8‐sulfonohydrazide with a range of 1° and 2° alcohols. Substrate scope, mechanistic studies, and synthetic applications have been explored in detail.
