In this discussion, an analysis that the authors of the above name paper used the probable precision index ρ and made it to be greater than or equal to ρmin upon exit of forming clusters. This leads to the formation of clusters which are nearby to each order. In other words, border of one cluster is near to the border of other cluster. Indeed, any minor change in cluster data will lead to the major change in nearby cluster. This can be avoidable if ρ of cluster is far from ρ of neighboring cluster.
