Objective: Carbapenems are considered treatment of choice for bacteremia caused by potential AmpC-producing bacteria, including Enterobacter spp. We aimed to compare mortality following carbapenem vs. alternative antibiotics for the treatment of Enterobacter spp. bacteremia.
